Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for your order! We are elated to have your support. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

• All orders are custom made. Please allow up 3-5 Business Days for us to hand make your items and to receive shipping confirmation. (excluding weekends and holidays; this does not include shipping times) 
• Orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 3-5 days (First Class) or 2-3 days (Priority) for your items to reach you. All orders placed after 5pm will not be processed until the next business day. 
• Resilient Woman Co is not responsible for orders that are lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS.
• If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
• Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.
